His strong work ethic and uncompromising attention to detail laid the groundwork for the successful formation of Treasure Garden. Since 1984, Oliver and the Treasure Garden team have continued to build upon that groundwork by producing top quality, custom-made, handcrafted shade umbrellas and accessories.
